Description
Take a journey to one of the most beautiful lagoons in Mexico, the Lagoon of Seven Colors. Spanning 26 miles, the lagoon is a sight to behold, with its seven distinct colors that make it so unique. You will have the opportunity to explore the black cenote, a deep 180-meter abyss, and cruise in front of the fort of San Felipe. You can also take a circumnavigation of Bird Island, where you can take stunning photos with your camera. Relax in the Channel of The Pirates and exfoliate your skin with a mixture of mud and sulfur. Once you disembark your cruise ship, you must walk through the retail port area and make your way past the security gate. Our welcoming team will greet you and process your check-in, while the vehicles are filling for your adventure. We meet you outside the cruise ship port, allowing us to offer more competitive rates and add flexibility, so we can customize the tour better to meet your needs. Chacchoben is only one-hour drive from the cruise ship port. The tour includes round-trip transportation from the cruise ship in an air-conditioned vehicle, entrance to the site, boat ride, use of facilities, a federal certified guide in Mayan culture, lunch, and no hidden fees. We also provide a bottle of water for each guest. We recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat and sunscreen if you visit during the summer, and ensure your camera's battery is charged and you have enough space for pictures in your memory card. Bring extra cash for shopping. If your ship doesn't call port, you will get a full refund. If you decide to cancel your trip, please let us know at least 48 hours prior your arrival to avoid a late cancellation fee of $15 USD per person. If you are travelling on a cruise ship and there is a last-minute change, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your excursion to reschedule or cancel. The tour is available every day of the week and is conducted in both English and Spanish. We look forward to making your adventure as memorable as possible.
