Description
The PADI Advanced Diver Course is the perfect way to take your diving to the next level. With five dives under your belt, you’ll gain more knowledge and build on your diving skills with the help of one of our experienced Instructors. This course is the ideal follow-on from your Open Water course, giving you more experience and confidence in the water. The course includes two core dives - Navigation and Deep (up to 30m) - and three elective dives. We recommend starting with the Night Dive, so you can get the skills to join our free weekly guided night dives. The remaining two dives are up to you - choose from Wreck, Photography, Fish ID, Search and Recovery, Peak Performance buoyancy, Boat Diver and Naturalist. On Day 1, we’ll do our first core dive - Navigation. You’ll learn how to use your compass and get yourself back to the boat, becoming the perfect Dive Buddy. The next dive is one of your elective dives, so you can choose whatever you want to experience. On Day 2, we’ll head out to Rottnest Island for our Deep Dive. You’ll explore the underwater world up to 30 metres, seeing how colours change and how pressure affects different things. The final dive of your course is your second elective dive, so you can choose something different to the first. To complete the course, you’ll need to be a PADI Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another training organisation), be at least 15 years old (12 for Junior Advanced Open Water Diver) and have a current Diving Medical (if required). You’ll also need to have your own Dive Slate, Safety Sausage and Knife, Dive Torch for Night Dive, and BCD, wetsuit, regulator, cylinder, mask, snorkel and fins. At Perth Scuba, we provide air fills, PADI certification card, Glow Stick for Night Dive, and a discount on equipment for students on courses. Plus, you’ll receive a FREE Dive club membership kit. So, if you’re looking to take your diving to the next level, the PADI Advanced Diver Course is the perfect way to do it. With five dives, you’ll gain more knowledge and build on your diving skills, all in the presence of one of our excellent Instructors.
